Member Training Day

YRRC training day, we would love to see all club members there!

Mark your calendars for Saturday Sept 9 at 8am, YRRC will hold a club field training day at the club grounds in Mebane NC.  Open to all full and probationary members. No guests please.

This will be a bumpers training day.  After our fall test we will have birds stored for future training days.  We also hope to have flyers delivered in the future for shooting day of then stored for future days.

This will be by sign up only.  Please make sure to sign up if you plan to come.  A couple weeks prior you will get sign up instructions. 

Future training days will be posted on the club’s web site as they are scheduled.

All attendees are required to work in the field – or bring someone with them who can.  Wingers will be provided for those who do not wish to throw.  Two people can be assigned per station if you don’t wish to work alone.  The plan is no one will be in the field for more than 6 dogs.

3 dogs max per person.

Those bringing 3 dogs will go out to work first.

This endeavor will be easier for everyone the more help we have.  We are looking for volunteers for these tasks:

1. Someone or some folks to do flyer orders and gunner acquisitions.
2. Moving club equipment trailer from across the street to the Spoon Shed – or move equipment out of trailer to across the street.
3. Folks to do the set ups and run the line.

Thanks and looking forward to some fun times!  Start time is 8AM for these warm months.  Please be prompt and have your dogs aired by then so we can all help set up.  Bring lunch, chair, water for your dogs, and any equipment you would like to share – label please.
